I AM AN ARTIST

Why is it so hard to own up to these particular words? Because of money? Competition? Measuring up to other artists who are brilliant in what they do, if you like to draw, paint, take photographs, cook, or are part of any of the creative field...at the end of the day - you are an Artist!

Here's a little video I put together for the Union Artist Studios.

"I Am An Artist" - Author Unknown

Enjoy!

Oh My...It's been almost a year!

I can't believe it's been almost a year since my last post. As my previous blog post, the place to find me is on Instagram . Any latest artworks, that's where I will be. But one thing I would like to change is interact more with the website. It's been pretty neglected and it's time for a facelift. So stay tuned and in the meantime, here's a little video from my latest works.

New Year - New Space

I'm happy to announce that as of today, I have an art studio! I will be joining the Union Artist Studios and can't wait to share more awesome creations! Also,  I will be offering workshops/classes from branding your business to taking photographs and of course creating artworks. Stayed tuned!

Drawing Hamsa Hand and the Third Eye

When I draw, I go to this meditative zone and let the drawing, doodles - artworks come out of me. So I listen and what you see is the end results. They represent happiness, luck, health, and good fortune. (The hands btw are the outlines of my left hand - I like to give it a personal touch). Some of these artworks have been sold, but if you are interested in purchasing any of them, send me a message through here or my contact page and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Small (5x5) is $20 and Large (10x10) is $40 plus shipping/handling. I wanted to make it affordable - good art doesn't have to be super expensive.

Craft Fair/Koreshan State Park 2

On October 2nd, my artist friend @dianescire and I participated our first booth at the Koreshan Historical State Park. It was exciting to do this. Especially since we've creating for years and it was time to sell some of our artsy fartsy stuff to the public.

Check out some of the photos and if you are in the area, come and say Hi! Don't forget to support your local farmer's markets, craft fairs and small business. The holidays are just around the corner!

Craft Fair/ Koreshan State Park

It's official. I will be selling my artworks at a farmer's market at the Koreshan State Historic Site, starting October 2 from 8am-1pm and every Sunday.

This is my first time setting up a table, but it will be exciting doing this. I will be partnering up with a Friend who is a talented designer/artist.

For those living in Southwest Florida or visiting, I hope to see you there!

I will be posting photos on my Instagram accounts:

Creating More Art For 2016

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

It's that time of the year where we all think of a word that we would like to focus more  - some would say to improve, but for me it would be both. "Improve and focus" would be my choice of words for 2016. Improve my artistry and focus on myself  - physically and mentally. In other words, have an all-around balance to live a better life. I would add more words to the list but for now those are the top two. What's your top two for 2016?
